- What is the Referral Program?
The Referral Program allows you to earn store credits for referring your friends and family to join our
loyalty VIP. Additionally, new users who sign up through a referral will receive a $10 store credit as a
welcome gift. - Who is eligible to participate?
• Referrers: All registered users of our platform are eligible to refer others.
• Referred users: Only new accounts created via referral are eligible for the program. Existing
accounts will not qualify. - What rewards can I earn through referrals?
You can earn store credits based on the number of successful referrals:
• 1st referral: $10 store credit
• 2nd referral: $25 store credit
• 3rd to 9th referrals: $10 store credit each
• 10th referral: $100 store credit
• 11+ referrals: $10 store credit per referral
See chart below for details. - What is considered a “successful referral”?
A referral is successful when the referred individual:
• Completes the sign-up process via your unique referral link.
• Meets any applicable verification or purchase requirements. - How and when will I receive my rewards?
Rewards will be credited to your account within 2 business days after the referral is marked
successful. - What can I do with my store credits?
Store credits can be used to make eligible purchases in store at both locations. Please note:
• Store credits cannot be redeemed for cash.
• Credits are non-transferable and must be used by the account holder. - Can I refer more than one person?
Yes! There is no limit to the number of people you can refer. - What reward will the referred user receive?
Each new account created through a referral will receive $10 store credit upon successful registration. - Can I refer myself using another email or account?
No, creating fake or duplicate accounts for self-referrals is considered fraudulent and will result in
disqualification from the program. - How long is the program valid?
The program is valid until April 20, 2025 (4/20). - What happens if the program is modified or terminated?
The company reserves the right to modify or terminate the program at any time without prior
